By placing a pre-order with [Highland Activewear], you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. Pre-Order Nature

You understand that you are purchasing a product that is currently in production or awaiting stock. Pre-ordering ensures you "reserve" the item; however, the product is not yet available for immediate shipping.

2. Payment

Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. This secures your position in the fulfillment queue.

3. Estimated Dispatch & Delays

• We provide an estimated dispatch date on the product page.

• Please note that this date is an estimate and is subject to change due to manufacturing or logistics delays.

• By purchasing, you agree to wait until the product is dispatched, regardless of timeline shifts.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

Because pre-order funds are often used to initiate specialized production runs or secure limited inventory, all pre-orders are final and non-refundable.

• Cancellations or "change of mind" returns are not permitted once the order is placed.

• Note: This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a manufacturing defect or if the product arrives damaged.

5. Shipping & Combined Orders

If your order contains both "in-stock" items and "pre-order" items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
